The room had smoke smell and AC was not cooling , no dental kit provided when asked they brought after half hour , drinking water I asked for an extra bottle in night the room service guy told once it finish he will bring so I went down grocery bought myself some drinking water , when complained for Ac not cooling the mechanic came and told the room was closed so it will take some time to cool while I checked in at around 3 and switched on the ac to 18 and left came back at 8 night still was t cooling I asked him to check the filter then he did it was clogged with dust seems it wasn’t cleaned for years and he removed the filter and left then the ac cooled but the smell of smoke was all over the room even though it was a non smoking room (606),due to flood was not able to reach home so I booked room for a day and stayed along with my 12 yr son
