If you want to go on vacation, then Sharjah is absolutely not the place where you can relax in comfort and see something interesting.
I visited Sharjah many times for work 20 years ago - nothing has changed since then... Still the same dirty industrial area with the same poor service...

The staff are professional and to the point. You get the exact answer to a question and this always makes them serve you faster. I was happy with the room and the service and the location, it is also very convenient for all your needs like supermarkets, food stores, mosque etc. The car park too is very user friendly and accessible directly to the hotel lift. The only issue was that on my second day I found that many cars had been parked without any sequence and quite a few cars were blocked by cars parked across. I think there are many who are not guest in the hotel who also park because there is no security person at the gate and it opens for any car that comes in front of it. This is a point that the hotel management can take into consideration.

The Sharjah Corniche, with its verdant greenery, serene canal, and stunning seaside views, offered a captivating blend of natural beauty and urban convenience. The abundance of restaurants and readily available parking further enhanced the experience, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stroll or a delightful meal.
Stayed here for a few nights because it is next to the Sharjah expo center, where my exam was held. The location is really the only major selling point about this hotel. The lagoon view is great, but staying on the top floor for it may not be worth it. It's nice that there's always a taxi outside. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. You shouldn't have very high expectations, the reviews are kind of ridiculous online. It is a great 3 star hotel, or a meh 4 star hotel. Nothing really that special.

In addition the beach access is just the best, you won't find something that is so lovely in dubai, because this is small and intimate. Its a family hotel, old quaint building, normal amenities but somehow the staff and beach just make me keep coming back!! Thanks for a lovely stay!

To arrive in Dubai you need abour 15-20 min by taxi. But carefull as some part of the day you’ll have huge traffic and it can take about 45 to 1h in order to arrive in DubaiMall or Airport.
