Я бывал в Шарждже много раз по-работе 20 лет тому назад - с тех пор ничего не изменилось... Всё тот же грязный промышленный район с таким же убогим сервисом...
If you want to go on vacation, then Sharjah is absolutely not the place where you can relax in comfort and see something interesting.
I visited Sharjah many times for work 20 years ago - nothing has changed since then... Still the same dirty industrial area with the same poor service...

The staff are professional and to the point. You get the exact answer to a question and this always makes them serve you faster. I was happy with the room and the service and the location, it is also very convenient for all your needs like supermarkets, food stores, mosque etc. The car park too is very user friendly and accessible directly to the hotel lift. The only issue was that on my second day I found that many cars had been parked without any sequence and quite a few cars were blocked by cars parked across. I think there are many who are not guest in the hotel who also park because there is no security person at the gate and it opens for any car that comes in front of it. This is a point that the hotel management can take into consideration.

The staf were very good, but are not responsible or not up to Hotel Management. The Maintenance of Rooms are very bad. Toilets were chocked and Broken. have to remind 3 to four times for cleaning the rooms.

Sharjah is similar and at the same time very different...
Sharjah is similar and at the same time very different compared to Dubai. It is exceptionally green for the area and there are lots of wild cats - I like cats :). Like in all the emirates, there are beaches nearby, you have great weather and of course it's an Islamic country. You have as well the shopping possibilities in the traditional Souks and the modern malls. Unlike in Dubai, you literally cannot buy alcohol anywhere, which from time to time can be nice as well.
I liked the hotel location overlooking the corniche in Sharjah, liked the staff especially the ladies they were very polite, understanding and helpful when we needed to extend our one night to 3 nights at same room at same rate due to some emergency we encountered and we had to stay longer. Also they were very kind to help and delaying our checkout for 3 hours free of charge. Big thank you the ladies.
I liked the quietness in the hotel and the staff politeness. The hotel have big parking space. And shops are nearby.

Lovely spacious property right in downtown Sjarjah and facing the corniche. The hotel is spread out over several historic houses, courtyards and alleys, interspersed with mature trees and plants. It's a relief if you are tired of the high-rise accommodation of Dubai. Lovely spa and great massage therapist (Moji from Kerala). The best however is the lovely little pool managed by Sam - a true ambassador for the hotel who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. In sum, this hotel does many things just right!
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have enough towels and they provided it in a timely fashion. The room's telephone had to be replaced and this was done efficiently.
- Compared to hotels in Dubai this hotel was very affordable.
- The size and confort of the bed was very good - definitely of a 5-star quality!!
- There is a lovely Indian restaurant 30 meters down the street where we had breakfast.
- Several convience stores are within 50 meters of walking if you can bear the heat.
Excellent service. No wait and on single call your needs will be fulfilled. So far the best ever hotel apartment I ever stayed. I was feeling bad since never checked this Apartment for my stays all these years and wondering how could I miss this. Not saying anything extra or neither the hotel pays me for this but it was my experience which speak. For sure in Sharjah i wont chose any other hotel than Hayat❤️

We were there to attend the AlMajaz Sharjah event festival. The location was so close. There are plenty of restaurants surrounded by the hotel made us explore variety food.
This is the best Hotel I‘ve ever been to. In Sharjah that literally makes sure that their guests are given the privacy that they require.

The hotel was very well located in the center. Dubai downtown is approximately about 30 miutes drive with no traffic.
The staff of the hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Cleanliness was of priority. Ample parking/valet parking available, don't have to worry about that. Close to Cornish for lovely walk in the evening

The Hotel was located in an excellent location. Just opposite Sahara Centre, all facilities were around in walkable distance. reaching dubai takes 10 min. Area is in between Dubai and Sharjah, so it is easier to go to both places.

A decent hotel if you are looking somewhere within walking distance to the Al Khan Corniche. Good view of the beach adn we were upgraded to a higher room category on a 24th floor.
