My rating of Ras Al Kaimah is based solely on Longbeach Campsite and not any of the surroundings. The fees charged by Longbeach Campsite for the unit I hired is ludicrous and I would strongly recommend that no-one book that unit at that price.

Do not book through Booking.com as they over charge over hotel tariff and also the hotel doesn't refund in case you shorten your trip. For example the hotel staffs here told me the tariff is actually 160-200 AED and booking .com charged me over 250. I finished the job early and checked out one night earlier but they made me pay for entire period as booking .com had already got their commission .

Raw Al khaimah is much less impressive than other emirates. The city is very widespread. There are few tourist sites. The major attractions are extreme high end resorts and some high adrenaline activities. Buses quite infrequent. Lots of malls.

The property location was superb, you were deep into the Ras Al Khaimah desert with nothing around apart from other desert camps. We were upgraded to a premium suite that was well decorated, clean presentation and provided all the necessities. It was extremely quiet the majority of the time, staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable and the whole staff coriander felt carefree.
Good range of food options, entertainment in the evening was great and the added range of activities e.g. camel riding were so enjoyable.
Amazing rooms and view. Special mention to the front office manager KSENIIA KLEVINA. She was calm and upgraded our rooms and handled our situation really well. She was lovely. God bless her. She did her best. Make her your chief of staff. Have been to many big hotels over in the world not many times i have received calls from reception asking am I doing good or not. There was a small hiccup but she went out of her way. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
The breakfast was under expectations and the kids water slides was supposed to be warmed but the water was freezing!!

The incredible atmosphere. It is one of the best hotels and an unforgettable location: a beautiful desert nature, you can meet a camel or an oryx walking in the hotel territory. Private swimming pool in the villa. Tasty food, Moon bar where you can gaze at stars, enjoy drinks, and smoke shisha. All staff is helpful, friendly, and professional.
The Cove Rotana Resort - Ras Al Khaimah is one of the best resorts in UAE. Staying at this resort gives you the feeling of traveling out of UAE. We really enjoyed every second stay at this resort. Facilities all clean and comfortable. Kreem at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back again to such an amazing resort.

The villa is located in a new development in Ras Al Khaimah, with access to a beautiful beach. The villa is more spacious than the images portray, with a big modern open kitchen, overlooking the garden and private pool, comfortable beds and good amenities!
Everything, apart from the fact that the view is into one building, but from the right side you can see Ras Al Khaimah's mangroves, so it's all fine. New property, comfortable bed, spacious closet. Clean bathroom, all amenities available.

The "all inclusive" thing is a good idea and it stands apart Rixos from the other hotels. There is a great variaty of food and all restaurants we tried served remarkably good food.
