I was quite sceptical since the place was a bit away from the centre of the city. But this is definitely something I'd recommend. 10/10 for the warmth of the staff and also for the facilities. The kitchen, the bath area, the hall, and the rooms were separated, and the pool was right at the centre between the areas. Special mention to Ms. Anita, for guiding us along the way and to the caregiver of the farm Jubail, who was very warm to all of us. Just make sure to keep your sunscreens on if you are going during summers. This place is a definite YES during the winters.

We stayed 3 nights here with my parents and kids. It just felt like living in home outside home. Clean accommodation. Very good host and helped us in all the queries in a timely manner. Amazing view from Balcony, nice community and very good reception. The taxis are available at door step. Pharmacy and Carrefour at stones throw away. I certainly recommend this especially if your travel is packed at Yas Theme Parks as it is just 5-10 mins away to all the theme parks. Next time we visit there we will close our eyes and book this again. Thanks to Ahmed and Adil for providing the good stay experience.

Location was ok..closest to airport. Check In staff..Nico...not too friendly. Gave us a room on 1st floor that smelled like smoke. Another person at reception allowed us to switch rooms. Samuel was the most helpful at the front desk. Breakfast options also average, nothing great.
