when we reach around 2:30 the Filipina reception said it will take 30 minutes still to finish the room they will give us but when we asked after almost 40 minutes still not available its good my daughter spoke to the manager on duty and he gave us different room in lower floor but not facing the beach facing the city, anyway at least the manager is accommodating

The location of the property, the ambience of the room, comfy bed, kitchen utensils all are complete. We had great time, finished watching few Netflix movies too. Just perfect for a getaway with loved ones. On top of that, the host is very helpful. Cant recommend enough!
