The location is very nice; I use to make it a point to visit Mercure Jabal Hafeet at least once a year. The property is good, and the view is amazing. However, the service is quite poor, especially the room service whose you should call them many times to deliver what you want, also breakfast which has limited variety and lack of freshness, especially concerning the bread items
