We booked the hotel because of its facilities, but pools are not well maintained maybe due to the fact that it was a busy week due to the long EID holiday.
Staff are great, we were given a pool view balcony upon check-in when I requested. Starters and main course are delicious, desserts at the buffet restaurant could be improved.
Location is good, it’s 10-15 minutes away from Bawabat mall, and about 30 minutes drive to Louvre. Overall, the hotel is alright for 1-2 nights stay, with half board package.
