I like the standard of customer service of Rotana Brand. Rotana is my first choice when travelling. The customer service is always excellent. Cleanliness is good but needs improvement particularly the smell of the room and the lobby, seems like it needs deep cleaning and sanitising, it's understood as the hotel has been operating for many many years. THANKS FOR THE USUAL UOGRADE which made me and my husband consider Fujairah as our location of choice and Rotana as our hotel. But we have a shih tzu a small dog. Would be perfect if you have a room that can accommodate a family with small dog. Thank you.

I cannot believe it took me so long to come to Fujairah, I don't usually do staycations coz being close to Europe it makes sense to just jump on a plane and explore the old continent. If you are tired of the Buzz, the crazy driving, and the awful traffic in Dubai and just want to be in a peaceful place with nice weather, where driving is easy and pleasant, people are super welcoming and seafood is fresh! Head to Fujairah! You don't have to break the bank and, Yes food options might not be as abundant as in Dubai or AUH but believe for a 5 day trip you have enough. Salia, Emirates Sea, Mcdonalds, The Orangerie, there is something for every budget.

Very relaxing and laid back place, perfect for a vacation and unwinding. The view is mesmerizing considering there are a-lot of hills and mountains unlike other emirates in the UAE. Everything is within 5-10 minutes away and very close to Khorfakkan. The Umbrella beach was also very nice. Malls need to improve tho regards to shops and restaurants available. But all in all it was very nice and my whole family loved it!

The city is located in a beautiful nature and you can clearly see both the mountains and the ocean, beautiful promenades, many shopping centers, City Centre visited many times , in the city a huge number of restaurants and cafes for every taste. Historical sites are also interesting, such as the ancient fortress. You can also rent a car and drive all the way to Dibba. Taxi is much cheaper than in Dudai

The location was close to umbrella beach and the views from the rooftop were interesting. The lifeguard was brilliant. Told us all about the area and pointed out places to go from our viewpoint from the rooftop pool, should be a tour guide! A great asset to the hotel!
We were helped with our suitcases, in and out of the hotel and on both occasions the guys were friendly and efficient.
The staff at breakfast were lovely too. Went overboard to help. It seems as though some staff are trying hard to look after guests and others don't care.
The villa offers excellent value. It was well-maintained and clean, except for one room with a weird bad smell. The garden area with a gas BBQ was nicely furnished with a sofa and chairs. The villa also provides direct access to the beach, a mere 5-minute walk away. Ample parking space is available for cars, and there's a thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like umbrellas and a sand carpet. The neighborhood is tranquil and peaceful, and conveniently, there's a hotel adjacent to the villa neighborhood.
It was a perfect stay.. absolutely no flaws .. the reception staff Mr. Osma , Ms. Jean was very professional and helpful during the time of check in and Mr. Pragesh was very swift and made sure to ask me if my stay was up to my expectations during check out . Facilities are amazing inside the room which provides complete comfort and the service of housekeeping staffs were very quick . Highly recommended ..This has been my best hotel stay in Fujairah city so far.
I visited the Aparthotel in Fujairah from 26 Sep to 28 Sep , just for relaxing from work as i got a holiday
I was fascinated by the comfort and cleanness in the room it was more than I expected the kitchen was so clean and ( plates , cups , spoons etc. ) all available and clean
the staff are amazing and so helpful especially a Lady staff called ( Ruth ) she was so helpful .
I advise everyone to book there mid price range but RECOMANDED
The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The lobby was clean and neat though the furniture was obviously worn off.
Rooms are not too big, but also not too small. I liked the kitchen with a cooking surface, it was new and working very well. Also our room had a good frying pan. Though all other cutleries were in terrible condition, or simply missing.
I recommend this hotel for staying but don't expect too much it's not 5 stars
The room was big, the view was good, everything was clean, room service was very good, the bed was big and confortable. Also we liked the breakfast. The beach was nice, also the pool. We came with a rented car and the valets are very nice and makes your life a lot easier. Also the fact that is not so crouded like Abu Dhabi or Dubai, was more easy for us to go and visit around the city. We had very relaxing few days at the sea.
I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton Fujairah City and it was an amazing experience. The hotel was modern and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Farazdaq, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. His service was exceptional, and he was always helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and want to thank Farazdaq for his outstanding service.
Beautiful cozy room in between mountains and near beach, bathroom fully equipped with all necessary toiletries and towels. Smart TV, electric kettle with tea and coffee, built in fridge, bathrobes, slippers, safe etc all what you name they have it.
Have sports courts for enjoyment, restaurants and cafes between mountain with beautiful view.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. Hotel staff' are so friendly and accomodating you can feel that they are very dedicated to their work.i would like to acknowledge also Ms. Terry from the reception who is so hospitable and friendly while performing her duty as a receptionist.. time moonatone hotel is a super nice place to stay in fujairah.
Hotel is clean, friendly staff, quick check in and check-out. Quick room service for the kids meals that we ordered. Connection to Fujairah Mall is definitely a plus point where we spent a couple of hours shopping and later on had dinner. A supermarket is also easily accessible from there. Would definitely visit again after Ramadan.

Nothing at all, as i travel from all the way ajman to Fujairah and at the end wasnt able to get the rook coz my friend was not holding his original ID and by id copy they dont give us so very poor service as next to that hotel we get the room same night after they refuse us with the same documents
The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. Its very close to the hotel where you can use the pool and the beach. The owner was great, very responsive and let us arrive an hour early and leave an hour late which is nice. I would definitely come back when I get the chance
Very nice spacious apartment, with a newly furnished, well-equipped kitchen. Gym for free, located close to the Carrefour male where you can purchase different hot meals. Close to the Fujairah beach with limited swimming possibilities.

Nice location, delicious food and great restaurant a la carte at the hotel. Also wi-fi is perfect in all hotel's locations incl the beach. The beach is nice as well, no issues with vacant sunbeds.
