The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Excellent place to visit with family.
Excellent place to visit with family. Al Ain Zoo & Jabal Hafeeth are very popular places to visit. Ideal time to visit Alin Zoo is in between 2~5 PM in winter so you will not miss the penguins & Bird Show which is generally schedule at 4:30 pm.

Used to live here so am a bit biased.
Used to live here so am a bit biased. Like the low-rise building codes of the city; makes a change from Ab Dhabi, Dubai and the rest of the Emirate cities. Lots of historical interest and things to do as a visitor.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager offered a free coffee when he heard I had arrived after a very long flight. I also received free vouchers for dining and the buffet menu was much cheaper than in similar hotels. The hotel has direct entrance to the mall and it is very easy to get a taxi from either. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to go back again or pop in for a buffet lunch.
The stay was great as this property is almost in the centre location from all the major attractions in Al Ain.
The Breakfast menu was nice. Mr. Alam was very humble, polite and kind. He was always there at our service to serve us juice, Tea, Hot Chocolate etc. My family was impressed with his behaviour. Miss Ritu was also helpful.
The housekeeping team did a good job.
Overall it was a good experience
From first to last piece a true pleasure to visit Telal Resort, Al Ain. Impeccable, filled with harmony, style, calmness, genuinity, top class service. A true moment to enjoy serenity in nature with the comfort of a 5 star resort. We would like to thank this very special Hotel and its staff, for un utmost unforgettable, memorable stay! This is a place to return to, over and over.....
The staff were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like coming home each day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we were thankful for the great job the staff who cleaned our room did. Loved the room and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. 10/10 from me. I will be visiting Al Ain numerous times in the future and loo forward to staying with you again! Thankyou.
Very good hotel in Al Ain , nicely decorated, v. Good location not far from the city centre, rooms wide & spacious with comfortable bed , large bathroom, good WiFi signal, car parking available. Staff very polite & ready to help. They have small mini mart at the lobby
Everything!
from the staff, the service, the location, the decoration, to the villa, to the animals, cleaness, food.
everyone is ready to help and make sure you are fully enjoying your stay.
i have been to soooo many hotels in the UAE but this one deserves an award!
The location of the hotel makes it perfect for summer and winter. I visited the hotel during a rainy day, the weather was amazing and the view from the hotel is exceptional as it has an overview over Al Ain city. The room size is great
Kids pool under maintenance, but baby pool is aswesome as well the olympic swimming pool.
Room was good, quite but the items is pretty old but in general still the best hotel in Al Ain for families.
Aside from the very friendly hotel crew who do not hesitate to accommodate my inquiries, the hotel was next to the Al Ain Square which has nice coffee shops and restaurants.
only 2 things I liked about this hotel,
1. Parking
2. Reception staff Ms. Irene. she was so friendly.
though, this was the cheapest stay I was able to find in Alain
Excellent value for the price compared to other hotels in the city. Clean, comfortable with a convenient store attached. Basement parking is available for guests.
