Very close to the airport. Got an upgrade which meant I had a better more spacious room. Nice feel to the place and free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff I dealt with were all very courteous.

Friendly customer service, very welcoming from the first moment. The hotel is clean, and the professional reception is a housekeeping staff attentive. I really struggled to find anything that I did not like.

The location is excellent. Burjuman metro 2 minute walk, it is the only station on this side where you have access to green and red line metro. Walking distance from Bur Dubai and the souks. Close enough downtown, and one of what I like in this area is access to all authentic ethnic restaurants.
