Staff were amazing! super nice and professional, especially Ms. Tony from reception. Really appreciated her approach and support! she is professional, client orientated and very sweet. She helped a lot by providing amazing high floor room with balcony. Initially we got low floor and were upset but she got noticed it from other reception desk and approached us to help. She managed to get better room for us!! made us super happy and made our stay!

Snorkelling around Snoopy Island (once the thick algae cleared) was sensational. So many turtles and also a group of black tip reef sharks along with all the usual traffic (Parrot fish, Trigger fish, clown fish, puffer fish etc.). Would love to come here more often (and stay at Sandy Beach Hotel!).

This area does not have walking areas and is more suitable only for relaxing inside the hotel. But a remarkable and distinctive feature of this area is its long promenade of several kilometers, which is suitable for long walks along the sea along the sand. You will see unique and impeccable sunrises.

Al Aqah is a small town, and worth traveling by road from the big cities. The drive through the desert and then through the mountains (literally at some spots - through the new tunnels) is enjoyable and not tiring at all. The city itself is small, however with all basic emergency services for visitors to feel secure.
Hearing crows in the morning was a wonderful surprise. Haven't met a lot of crows in uae.

Excellent hotel with great facilities, green area, nice activities and super cool entertainment program in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants are cool but could be less expensive and with a better choice of food dishes.

Need to improve on quality of alcoholic drinks.. whiskey, vodka and beer were of very low quality.
Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Should have added some more vegetarian dishes.
In bathroom, shaving kit and toothpaste was of very very very low quality.

Nice place during Jan-Feb-Mar. nearby hiking areas and long clean beach. Take a food box ( toast/ fruit/ vegetable/ cheese/ .. ) and cooking staff. Restaurants are busy and groceries in the area are not fully equipped and not recommended.
My experience at Rotana Fujairah was truly delightful. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The location was superb, offering a stunning beach view. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service. The hotel is newly built and equipped with the latest amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel's atmosphere is very suitable for family recreation, and suitable for children. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at Nama Restaurant. The meals were varied and delicious in general, and I would like to thank them for the kind gesture of offering free cake on a special occasion for us, as well as again upon departure.
Love the location. You couldn't get closer to Snoopy Island if you tried. Great beach and pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Aircon in the rooms were very much needed and were very good. Check in and out was breeze too. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making the stay a great one.
Everything was great, i would like to thank the Manager for his attitude and quick response to solve an issue i have with my rooms since i wanted with balcony even when the hotel was nearly fully booked ..Apprecaite his effort and caring…also i get late check out..
