Location was amazing. Great swimming pool and stunning views. East to get the bus into the capital. Even though it’s small there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes. Lovely bar. Our outside light wasn’t working the staff gave us loads of candles and said that this would be more romantic. It was lovely sitting on our balcony with the candles.

Thanks a lot to very helpful staff who thought about us and left the key for the room for us who came at midnight after the check-in time. Overall, the hotel isn't fancy but it's clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the walking path along the river. I felt very comfortable staying there with friendly and helpful staff, delicious fresh food served in their restaurant and quiet cool nights in a room overlooking the river. I came for 2 days, but ended up staying longer. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for hospitality!

Lovely location, excellent kitchen, very nice wines. Great staff. Overall I can recommend this hotel, but in summer, make sure you stay in a room overlooking the valley (taking advantage of the breeze)

El Serrat is a small village and quiet and a bit strung out along a series of bends on the main road. We mainly stayed to the hotel.
It's close to the Arcalis ski area and within reasonable distance of Pal and Andorra le Bell.
The location is wonderful. Within a short car trip there are mountains and lakes. The hiking Lake trail (Nou trail) is a pleasure to do, and can be combined with a chairlift journey and a lunch/dinner in restaurant LaComa. The capital Andorra la Vella is within 20 minutes ride.
The hotel is easy to find, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms look over mountains and a river, it is quiet and beautiful. It is worthwhile to take a room with a terrace, but also more budget accommodations without balcony are fine.
up in the mountains, beautiful location. parking outside hotel. dinner and breakfast were good value and well prepared. room was small, but had everything needed. bed was comfortable. room was recently refurbished, to a good standard. multiple tv channels, but I only found one in English. lift was made by a company called ‘Schindler’ as a Jew I found this funny……. ‘Schindler’s Lift’
Nice hotel with a good restaurant, great breakfast and comfortable beds. The spa was unfortunately not included in the price, we should have read it more carefully before 😅 But there was a bathing tub in the room to make up for that.
