I absolutely loved this hotel for the customer service, first of all. The receptionists were very accommodative and eager to help when I needed to break USD bills. The check in was quick and easy. Through my entire stay, the personnel was considerately asking if I needed anything. They asked all of my questions, gave directions and called taxi for me when I needed. They gave me good recommendations overall. I extended my stay for one more extra night and the day before the check out they brought me a tray with complimentary fruit, drinks and snacks as an appreciation gesture as well as a gift/souvenir from the Hotel. I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking to stay at this area.
