Pleasant, stres- free stay. The hotel staff registers your arrival with your passports and hands your passports back to you. They do not hold your passports until you checkout, as is the practice of many former Yugoslavia hotels.
Everything was of good quality and brand new, in a very quiet neighbourhood. The night staff informed us the last plane activity is 12AM midnight, and no planes will use the airport until 6AM, which we witnessed firsthand with a pleasant quite hotel room. The Belgrade airport is not that busy and the plane noise was not too loud, even with the window open.
Any requests that we had, was fulfilled immediately and done so with more than one staff member, if need be. The biggest bonus to this hotel is that it is part of the airport neighbourhood, so there was no worries of city traffic with the hotel’s shuttle service.
They do have limited outdoor and underground parking, but there is also room to park on the very quiet, non-busy street.
When we departed the hotel, it was like an Aaron Spelling Fantasy Island departure episode; whereby, the hotel manager stood outside waving goodbye to their guests :)

The apartment is located very close to the bus station, and from there you can easy reach the city center. There is a big supermarket about 100 meters from the apartment. It was clean and fully equipped with appliances and there were everything that we needed. The host was very kind and disposable.

Beautiful new apartment, very clean. Bed was really comfortable the air conditioning was great! Supermarket and restaurant across the street . Easy check-in and access. Hostess was beyond kind and helpful!
The "hosts" were fairly nice and seemed like decent people, otherwise I'd probably put 1 as the score... Putting 5 just because they were nice.. Otherwise can't say it was good. However the apartment seemed spacious and had mostly everything. The "host" also gave ride/transfer for $10 euro, to airport, not cheap as they advertise but average, thats about how much I'd pay for taxi, but it was reasonable to go with him because he woke up early and that was good, he wasn't late etc.
Very cozy, clean and modern design house in 7 mins by car from the airport. Ideal to spend night before your early flight. The owners provide transfer to the airport at cost of 15 Eur.
You may also enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before departure.

Location not far from the airport. Nice studio apartment, with christmas decorations :) They offered us pick up against a low fee which was very convenient for us as we arrived at night. It was very clean and equipped.
The host was very approachable and the location was perfect since we were travelling from the airport.
