We are delighted with our stay at Jose's home and hope we can come back in the future. Our children (1 and 6) also enjoyed it a lot. I would say it's all about the smalls details and the attention José dedicated us. Every morning a complete and delicious breakfast that gave us strength for the rest of the day. Sérgio was an outstanding host! He was so accommodating and helpful. He responded quickly to emails. He was extremely kind. The location of the apartments was perfect. It was in the center of the city but not too loud. Right outside the apartments was a courtyard attached to a great little cafe and a restaurant. The best place to stay if you stay in Ovar!

Amazing, walkable location right in the middle of Ovar Centro. The space was really well designed and beautifully decorated, and we had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. The huge rooftop deck was a great vantage point to look over the city, listen to the church bells and soak in the sun. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Ovar, the most charming little city!

Location, rooms (bunk beds) are not cramped, towels and linen provided even in shared rooms, place to wash/hang clothes to day, great restaurant downstairs, staff was always nice and helpful.

We loved the design made by the owner himself who’s an architect. The price included a very good breakfast and the location is perfect in this charming small town. There’s a self service laundry nearby which is a big plus.
