I really liked the location, the apartment project and all the facilities offered. You actually have everything you need and everything is where you expect it, even if the space is small. The fact that you have a private parking lot is a big advantage. Grocery store is two steps away. Even though we didn't meet the host, she was very communicative via messages. In conclusion, it is a perfect place to spend your holiday in Madeira.
