It was nice there was a reception by the host and get some explanation about the apartment and Calheta. Because of a mistake of Booking our room had been double booked but we received an upgrade to a bigger apartment. It had everything we needed. The property also includes a big garden with nice places to sit. Unfortunately we didn't have so much time to enjoy it. It is easy to drive to the mountains and the coast from this location.

we spent 10 wonderful days at Marco and Olga's house. The apartment was perfectly clean. During our stay, we had the opportunity to change the bed linen, there were more clean towels than needed. We didn't miss anything and felt at home. Since we only traveled with hand luggage, a washing machine was always available for us, which was a big help. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The view and the quietness of the place were great. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we can 100% recommend it. The house is very nice and convenient inside. It also has a lawn outside with a great view. We found that place wonderful for sunset watching. If the hosts decide someday to restore the bbq, it will be an extra + 😉 The street is quiet and goes directly to the Rabacal route, so we left early and were rewarded for our efforts when seeing the amount of cars after we finished our long trail. The type to coffee machine is the one I adore. It was one of the best care of the travelers’ comfort in a town I ever saw.
