All appeared to be very new and good quality. Very comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Very beautiful balcony and surroundings. Extremely kind hosts, very supportive and helpful and available with anything. Ideal place to visit all the area (car most likely needed though). It was one of the best stays I have ever had. The atmosphere was wonderful, in the middle of the vineyards on a beautiful property. The accomodation itself was very, very beautiful as well - small scale, beautifully designed, very nice swimming pool and pretty building altoghether. All the staff were very friendly and we appreciated the small wine tasting that came for free with the booking. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed dinner at the property one night, which was great as well. It is a very nice place to relax and to explore the vineyards here and in the area.

We had a fantastic short break at this absolutely gorgeous place set in beautiful, peaceful countryside. Nuno and his staff were all very attentive and friendly, and the accommodation was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. We travelled with pets, so it was useful that the plentiful breakfast and dinner were brought to our own accommodation. We would highly recommend Quinta da Dourada to anyone looking for a peaceful escape. We hope to come back one day.
