Our host was very helpful and kind. The house is very large and had everything we needed and more, besides. The private pool area was very relaxing and immaculately maintained, just like the house. Having a garage for our car was very helpful and somewhere convenient and secure to store bikes etc. This is a great location for visitors wanting to enjoy this famous wine region, cycle, hike or just relax in a small, traditional Portuguese village.

The overall property is just beautiful. The property is filled with lush green garden's, flowers, grape vines, trees. The pool is very well kept and nice temperature in the summer. The wifi in our chalet was about 15 mb/s up and down which is good enough if you need to work remote. I also appreciated the breakfast food that was dropped off at our chalet every morning.

The place is amazingly beautiful! Super quiet, perfect for some relaxing days outside the city. The house is spacious but cozy and very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you might need, the outside area is very friendly to hang out, even has a table tenis!

My Dad and I arrived and were greeted by the friendly hotel staff. We were impressed by the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. The room was large and accommodating. We ate lunch in the dining room and the food was delicious and service was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional. One of the staff members called and reserved a winery tour for us. Great staff! The only regret we had was that we wished we could have stayed longer.
