You could not get a better host than Katarina, she will go out of her way to make you feel at home, she was helpful with directions and when I left something in my room she bent over backwards to get it back to me in the next town!! The location is perfect for walking into the town. The facilities were great, our room was large as was the bathroom with a lovely terrace looking out over the garden. I have visited Golegã for the horse fair a few times and always wondered what this hotel was like, never got to stay as was always fully booked. It’s larger and far nicer than I could have imagined. The breakfast was also great!
Good location on the Portuguese Camino. Restaurant on site but we didn’t use it. Breakfast very good. Room very large and comfortable. It wasn’t ready when we arrived but we had a free drink in the bar whilst we waited for it to be prepared so that was fine.
Excellent hostel, very comfortable and on a great location as it is close to the Camino. The staff were great to deal with and the place was very clean.
