We were on our way from Northern Portugal to Madrid Spain, and found this place on the way. So that was a considered as a place for an overnight only. The owner was very welcoming, need to use google translate, as Portuguese is the only language... She also runs a small cafe shop, just across the street. There is a large swimming pool - it was too cold for us, but if you arrive in hot days, it looks great.

Incredible discovery! Absolutely amazing hotel. I would call it boutique. It’s family run. Staff are so helpful and go the extra mile. It starts with ice cold home made lemonade at reception, to complimentary cookies in your room. Rooms are big and modern like the bathrooms. Hardwood flooring, great for our dog. NO extra charge for pets. Great air condition. Safe free parking. Hotel in town centre, so amenities close by. Beautiful public garden across road. Quiet at night. Great buffet breakfast with homemade jams and even yogurt. Would definitely like to come back!
