The location was wonderful and Carla and the team were so welcoming and excellent hosts.
Being so close to nature is a must and if you need anything (reservations etc), the staff help quickly.
I wouldn't say there is anything I didn't like but I'd add a few things for future guests:
Have free bottles of water in the room upon arrival
Have a dehumidifier in each cabin (the air con probably had this setting but I may have missed it).

Super friendly staff, exceptional nature location which is really well integrated, respecting it's surroundings. If this is your style, you will love it. Pool looked nice also, wish we could have enjoyed it. Breakfast delicious with local ingredients.
We thoroughly enjoyed our six nights here and wished we had booked longer! Biscoitos was a great location and with a hire car we could access the facilities and explore the island. Mafalda was very responsive when we had to report a couple of small things that went wrong during our visit. She provided a lot of information about the area. The cottage is well equipped and we appreciated the provision of all the basics and a basket of goodies.
The lodge was beautiful and the location was stunning. Everything we needed and more for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Carla was a warm and welcoming host and gave us lots of great information about the island. We are already looking forward to coming back in the future :)
