The owners were very welcoming. Although our flight was delayed they were available. The apartment is very spacious. It has a kitchen equipped with all you need parking was not an issue. Location is perfect as it is 10min away from airport and easy to start exploring the island. We had to opportunity the witness the famous Terceira bull fights from the apartment. The owners made sure that we were safe

Exceptional hosts, kind and welcoming. We arrived very late, due to luggage delay at the airport, but the hosts waited for us and even helped with the taxi payment, given that none of the ATMs at the airport were operating when we arrived and we had no way to get euros anywhere. The taxi cost is 15 euro from the airport. The house is very comfortable, and has a big quantity of all supplies: more towels than we needed, extra pillows and blankets in every wardrobe, more kitchen towels than we could ever use, and many dishes, cups, and glasses and utensils. Really very nice. This is one of the houses that is made to be lived in, not just rented to tourists. There is a parking space in front of the house, but there is also a bus stop right in front! The buses do not run too often, however, we managed to visit most of the island with buses, and only rented for a couple of days (from Azorina, which was excellent and cheapest) to visit the interior of the island. I cannot recommend the house and the kind hosts enough.

The room was quiet and comfortable so we slept great. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed drinking wine and cheese on the patio.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location. We liked the parking right next to the house, we appreciated the possibility to wash clothes and dry them in the garden, there was a fully equipped kitchen, there was a bed for our baby. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The property is bigger than expected and it looked recently refurbished at very high standards. It is equipped with all we needed, both indoor and outdoor. Our daughter in particular loved her bedroom upstairs, including a ensuite bathroom. We could not have asked for more. The owner was always very quick and kind when answering our messages.

We stayed at Hugo's place for 5 days in May. It's located in a small village facing the ocean. It was a great base to visiting the whole island (most sights are 20 minutes away by car and the road to Angra is absolutely gorgeous). The house is amazing, fully equipped and very comfortable. There is a balcony facing the ocean, an outdoor dining space with a BBQ and there's, of course, the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna (they are shared with the guests of Hugo's other house)! Hugo was a very welcoming and helping host, he left us a breakfast basket and he has a collection of wine bottles that are sold at very convenient prices. A perfect stay, I would love to come back!

The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. We had a very good time at Terceira, having Quinta Rico as out base. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a really nice plus. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
