Large area with a great outdoors space. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the bay of islands, which was one of my favorite places in New Zealand. We had one room with a lot of area, and another with very little area, so that was interesting.

We arrived late due to a problem we had and they waited for us to check in, the location was wonderful. We rested and had a wonderful time staying there. The staff was always very concerned about making us feel comfortable.

Everything was perfect! The property has a beautiful ground with an outdoor area by the river. The loft itself where we stayed was perfect. It’s very dog friendly with a gated garden for our dog to roam around. The space has everything we need and more! The entire manaaki of this place was outstanding. Thank you very much for hosting a short notice space for our Hapū lunch, when our marae became unavailable due to a tangihanga. Your support in this matter was amazing. The cleanliness of the self contained units, cabins, communal kitchen, ablution blocks and house, the property and facilities, volley ball space, carpark area, playground area, space for sporting activites, pool and riverside for swimming were definitely highlights for family highlights. A fantastic place for families - absolutely highly recommended.
