The cottage was very cosy and comfortable. Situated between the pub and stop off point for the rail trail, it was ideal for the end of a big day. Hosts were very welcoming and even advised about ordering our dinner ahead of time so it would be ready when we were. The food in the pub was outstanding and it was great not having to go far to roll back to the cottage. Definitely would recommend staying here and if you miss out on the cottage make sure you go for dinner.

Excellent location right on the Otago rail trail. Really friendly and helpful owner. The food in the adjoining pub is really tasty, loved the lamb rump. The unit is spacious, comfortable and quiet. They provide a continental breakfast that you make yourself which is really convenient so we could set off early to continue our cycle trip.

Fantastic location on the Otago Rail Trail and walking distance to the pub. Everything in the cottage is brand new and to a high standard. Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside from this light and spacious cottage.

The whole experience was great. We were given advice on locations of interest to visit in the area. We had a really marvelous time. The hosts were all so friendly too !

Location was great right on the trail. Outlook was beautiful and having the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and bathroom was lovely. use of the lounge and a guest bar was good too.
