Holy moly, every part of this place was great: rural surroundings so no distractions or disturbances, quick walk to bus stop, amazing view from room. Room is furnished with many amenities: tv (with every streaming service I’ve ever seen), egg cooker, refrigerator, plenty of outlets, coffee machine, dishes, custom made guide book in many languages. Beds were comfy, room was decorated.

Beautiful location, surrounded by fields and waterways. Really quiet and peaceful setting. Marianne our host was very helpful and knowledgeable about places of interest nearby and further afield. Hotel had all the comforts of home, such as a kitchen with cooker, fridge, kitchenware etc. Lovely modern bathroom with toiletries.

The description and pictures of the accommodation in the Booking.com site were very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that our room and facilities even exceeded what was advertised. The room was well equipped and much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. The accommodation was relatively easy to access from the Central Train station. Our host ,Jos , was very welcoming and even drove us to the train station when we were leaving Utrecht. The breakfast was excellent and we had access to a private garden patio from our room. Jos also provided bikes for our use although we did not have time to use them.
