Good central location, somewhere to park bikes off the road round the back, quiet, kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and equipment. We were left some coffee pods, tea bags and a supply of washing machine pods, dishwasher pods and cloths.
The owner was very quick to respond to our needs - creating a private garden area - separated from the building work being carried out.

Breakfast was lovely, a nice selection of things, coffee and orange juice smashing. Michelin restaurant booking was made last minute and they kindly fitted us in; the experience was divine, a lovely treat for my husband’s birthday. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Wonderful grounds, landscape and area with sheep just outside your house and little chickens in front of your door every morning. The house is absolutely gorgeous, fully renovated but hasn’t lost its charm in any shape or form.
The owner was very accommodating and super friendly.
The kitchen was fully equipped and we had fresh eggs and a few basic items in the fridge. There is a big supermarket in a lovely town nearby with everything you need about 9 car minutes away.
The house is in a more rural, natural area which was exactly what we needed, but you need a car (or a bike) for sure.
The master bedroom was wonderful, the other two bedrooms a bit smaller and maybe rather for kids/teenagers.
We really enjoyed our stay including our small dog, who enjoyed the view from the window onto the sheep every morning.

Much better quality property than expected. It was located off a busy road yet was quiet, had first-class facilities with modern touches and great air con and shower area. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant on site had lots of choice and staff who welcomed us were very polite and helpful.

Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
We found the apartment very spontaneously. Nevertheless, everything was uncomplicated and positive. The owners are very friendly, polite and helpful and the two dogs are very cute. The apartment is very stylish, comfortable and clean, with everything you need. The location is idyllic and quiet, yet the hotspots like Gouda are within easy reach. We will definitely come back.

The view is just superb... and the location is perfect to go around.
The house is small but on one floor which is an advantage especially in the Netherlands when stairs are sometimes very stiff... The dishes are also great quality and you are not missing anything.
Location was excellent ; able to walk and cycle from the gite. Countryside was stunning. The train station only a 20 minute walk away.

Amazing location. We were looking for a quiet place to pass New Year's Eve, and this is exactly what we needed. You can see lots of fireworks in the distance, but none explodes near you
A charming Italian restaurant with accommodation above, staffed by a really friendly and helpful couple. As a tourist, the location is ideally central for visiting the major cities (Gouda, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht) - and the immediate surrounding rural farmlands are so so beautiful! I would recommend eating at the restaurant too, i tried a variety of dishes and they were all phenomenal. Their Calzone Speciale is the best I’ve ever had. The rooms also have Netflix…hidden bonus!
