It was more a mini apartment than a room and we were happily surprised when arriving. The kitchen has everything we needed and more and the sunset through the big windows in the room was beautiful. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Very peaceful location, freshly renovated, friendly host, authentic local breakfast, delightful garden. And big screen TV with Netflix that we can watch on our comfy bed. Anouk welcomed us warmly and showed us around. It is a lovely cabin in their garden, with a view out on to the canal. There is a kitchen area - we didn't cook but it looked good. There are extra blankets and cushions.

Interesting location in the middle of frisian fields. The writer’s hut has a lovely design and huge windows, you can see animals (farm and wild) walking around. It really is made for undisturbed work and/or relax. Sandra and Stephan are amazing, always there with good tips and ready to help. They created really a peculiar place there.
