It exceeded all of my expectations, being by far the most unique place I have stayed in. The room has a character and you can tell that every little detail has been picked carefully. Barbara and her husband are the loveliest people and genuinely take care of you every step of the way. It was a cozy and peaceful stay, and the town is really cute. I would very much like to come back to this home away from home!

We chose the hotel because it’s convenient to visit Aachen from the Netherland, and continue to Belgium cities. It is idyllic in Spring time, with flowers blossom in the garden and birds chirping. Our luxury king room offered two great beds in different rooms with elegant furnishings. The spa tub in bathroom looks nice although we didn’t use it.

The staff were exceptional. Genuinely friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast was good, too, with some lovely fresh products
