We liked everything about our stay here. Our host was warm and friendly and very responsive to our questions. She immediately made us feel welcome. The room was lovely with modern conveniences and country charm as well. The comfort of the bed and the stillness if the location made it easy to sleep well and wake rested. Breakfast was delicious and is highly recommended consisting as it did of a tray loaded with amazing, delicious, home made, farm fresh breakfast goodies served to our room at a time we specified. I loved this property because the location was amazing. The apartment is on a farm which makes the time there really enjoyable. Dogs are also welcome and mine really loved the walks.
The location in a large separate room above in a horse riding hall is very special. You have a wonderful vieuw over the fields seeing the horses grasing. The place is silent and clean and if you want you are for yourself. A hiking way through the open space and the water is nearby. You can canou or- you can take a riding lesson by the very friendly and helpfully owner and teacher. By car Groningen is easy to reach. So you are deep in nature and close to the city. Be prepared that the nice bathroom is to reach going to an other barn.
