The cottage is delightful, very nicely decorated and situated in the garden. It's very picturesque. The kitchen/dining area is sunny with a patio when the weather is good. The kitchen is well appointed with the everything you need for cooking a meal. There is a wood stove in the kitchen area for extra warmth and ambiance. The bed was comfortable and linens were lovely. Idyllic surroundings with birdsong and gorgeous trees, flowers and goldfish ponds. The villa was well equipped for making your own breakfast and snacks. The furnishings were of excellent quality and comfort. The spa/pool next door was a fabulous way to round out a busy day. The town of Laren nearby is a great neighbourhood with lots of shopping and restaurants. All that and only 30min easy drive to central Amsterdam.
