The place was clean and close to the center, a couple of minutes walk to the bus station. The owners lend us bikes as well to explore the area. The place is close to an amazing park with lots to do.

Unique spacious room design in a good localization - close to the highway as well train station. Big and a very comfortable bed. Loved that the breakfast was prepared earlier and we could eat it in the room when it suit us. Nice selection of affordable dishes in the restaurant.

The description and pictures of the accommodation in the Booking.com site were very accurate and we were pleasantly surprised that our room and facilities even exceeded what was advertised. The room was well equipped and much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. The accommodation was relatively easy to access from the Central Train station. Our host ,Jos , was very welcoming and even drove us to the train station when we were leaving Utrecht. The breakfast was excellent and we had access to a private garden patio from our room. Jos also provided bikes for our use although we did not have time to use them.

It’s only a 15 minute bus or bike ride to Utrecht Central, so it’s a perfect starting point for relaxing close to nature, but also for a city trip. The individual decoration of each room and the remarkable collection of antique artworks are truly one of a kind and provide an cozy atmosphere through the whole stay. At 17,50€/person the breakfast truly isn’t cheap, but with fresh fruits, eggs, different kind of breads, etc. it’s way more than I would have ever asked for and an experience that definitely should be tried while staying here. Last but not least, the hostess can fill a room with her warmness and friendliness, which is the reason why this was one of these few stays where you just feel „at home“. We were extremely happy with our three nights stay!
