The owner of this place was a great guy who helped us with some unexpected issues. Rooms were as described, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and big enough for 2 people. Location was awesome, quiet and calm but also connected to city center by a short bus ride. Excellent experience overall.

Excellent location to visit the city of Utrecht by public transportation (bus). Cosy B&B, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful host. We only stayed for one night and would recommend the B&B to stay if you prefer not to stay in the city.

Klaas and Renée and extremely nice people and it's clear that they love what they do. Everything is thought of and we were frequently surprised with details we wouldn't have considered. The room was great, with a beautiful terrace, kitchen installation as well as washing and drying machines. Breakfast is extra, but optional. We highly recommend it. Location is not exactly central, but you can walk downtown. If you don't feel like it, the bus ride isn't long.

This is an amazing place to spend your time in Utrecht. It is close to public transportation, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is very accommodating and easy to deal with. I could enjoy the late summer evenings on the patio or out and about, even was offered to explore the canals by kayak. Highly recommended place.
