The standard seemed not especially modern but it was comfortable, clean and well attended to. The proprietor was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I could park my bike in a large shed round the back, which is locked up at night. Breakfast was good, I thought the coffee was above average! For the evening meal the proprietor pointed me to an excellent restaurant a few hundred metres down the road. A nice relaxing overnight stay on my bike tour!

Unforgettable staying in genuine castle tower, best relation from all staff, living in medieval atmosphere to feel centuries-old history. Even breakfast (excellent) was delivered in authentic basket. Two-storied room (bedroom and bathroom on first level, living room on second) and great patio. It is ideal place for medieval history fans (like me).
