The treehouse was a getaway into the jungle. It is in the middle of nowhere but there is something very magical about it. We were the only ones there besides the host and at night you could hear and see so many animals from your bed. The treehouse is very basic but if you go in expecting that it is perfect. There is cold running water and two USB charging ports but that's it besides the bed, mosquito net and hammock. The toilets are located down by the main farm but are clean and compostable. We would highly recommend staying here for a mini adventure!

Great spot for watching sunsets, room was perfect for us and it was super quiet and relaxing. Lovely & helpful staff and amazing Nicaraguan breakfasts (we ordered the same one every day). They can also sort out bike hire which is needed as it’s a secluded location but perfect for getting away from crowds and having a chill time.

A very cute family hotel where you feel at home. You can use the kitchen, watch your clothes and the family is extremely nice. They help me for everything: bus, boat schedule, scooter rent …facilities are simple but all you need and the location is great to move through the islands (but you need a scooter :) ) . You have a nice coffee 5min walk (cafe campestre).
I really recommend it!

Unique setting by the lake, view from living and bedroom areas, good kitchen facilities, as close to nature as it is possible to get, great helpful hostess.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The most beautiful location!!! The owner let us check in much earlier when we arrived and the staff were all very very friendly. The food was 10/10, the room was perfect, honestly I couldn’t fault it!
It's a family-run Hostel/Homestay with very friendly owners. Super cool and very authentic, located in the jungle where you have screaming monkeys in the morning and fireflies in the evening. Amazing view over Concepción volcano. You can eat here or at Comedor Cristina 300m north fairly cheap. Tap water is drinkable. It's pretty quiet and not as frequented as other parts of the island. Showers and toilets are in the rooms, just as fans and power plugs. It's near to San Ramón waterfall and Maderas hiking trail.
Family-run business, extraordinarily friendly and helpful, beautiful location off the grid, very quiet, great view, superb (and very fresh and made from scratch) food..
I had an amazing time, all the staff were so nice, the location is beautiful! Wish I had had more time to extend my stay!
The general vibe of this place is absolutely incredible. Staying here was rustic, but everything was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The food was also excellent; the chef made me one of the best pancakes I've ever had on their open wood burning fire!
Beautiful location, which felt properly part of nature. Birds, toads, spiders etc...
What made it tough was the truly amazing hospitality. Up there with the best I've ever received anywhere. Delfa and Victor were so delightful and Delfa's cooking is amazing!
The place is very open to nature which we liked a lot. Mosquitonets were good quality and doing their job, so we still felt comfortable during the night. sometimes it got a little windy, but they gave us extra blankets so not a problem. They serve very delicious food (big portions) for a good price. The family who runs the place is absolutely adorable and makes you feel so welcome. They offer cheap tours as well, we went kayaking and hiking Maderas vulcano with them and had an amazing experience.
Place to park
The owner family offered me fuel for my ATV in 10 Cordova's more then the avarage but fueled what was necessary and didn't try to give me more in needed fuel
Most if the meals that made are good and all their prices are affordable.
You can see the stars great at night.
Beautiful place, very good food and good location to visit the waterfall or the volcano!
The people working there is so nice and the accommodation in a middle of the farm is so peaceful! Good place to deconnect from the world!
heaven. living in the nature for a few days, we enjoyed the quiet, the birds butterflies and the trees. a break from the internet and the daily life, we highly recommend this place. also the food was really really good and cheap.
