We had plenty of welcome gifts upon arrival: fruit, fresh roasted and grounded coffee, sweet bread, drinking water. He was always attentive to our questions and responded fast to our requests for recommendations, making us feel at home and treating with such diligence as if we were members of his family. In particular, we had a couple of urgent requests which were so swiftly addressed by Francisco, and luckily with the best possible outcome. We couldn't have asked for more!
