The building of flats, where the apartment is located, doesn't seem to be in such a good condition, but this does not affect the facilities of the apartment, except maybe for the old door to entrance both the block and the apartment. The location is not in the centre, but it's still a manageable distance walking from it, and there are also pretty regular buses that you can use. It worths it for the experience of a non-touristic, but highly vivid and interesting neighborhood of Skopje.
