It's definitely 10 out of 10. It's just a top-quality hotel for a good value of money. Cleanliness, nice and friendly staff, good facilities (it even has a gym), good breakfast. Convenient location (1-2 min walk to bus stop to airport, and less than 10 min walk to central bus station).
I personally like hotel design and rock'n'roll-themed.

Absolutely excellent place - everything was new, very clean, and spacious, and the view from the big windows was fantastic! Will definitely return to this wonderful spot. Daily commute to city center by car was very easy and fast.
Location on the edge of Vilnius and on the lake is great. Small sandy beach and a walk around the lake is nice.
Huge room and bathroom - largest for a while! Terrace over the lake.
Dinner in "cafe" was very good and you can eat on the terrace.
Excellent value
It is a house with a great location, furnished in a tasteful design, with its yard and terrace. We enjoyed the wide view from the window in the living room and the convenient exit to the terrace the most. A spacious bathroom and so are the bedrooms.
