It’s a paradise.
You’re in the middle of the jungle, in a big and comfortable house, with delicious food and a super service. The staff is absolutely perfect, nice, helpful. The center has some pets, like adorable dogs, very friendly and nice, I miss them! If you don’t like dogs, don’t worry, the place is big enough :)

The manager Lucian is so friendly, he really made our stay in Sri-Lanka more easy by helping us out with all of our questions. The cottage is well maintained and designed/decorated with great care. Staff: the elder couple was extremely sweet and impressive, how they were so fit to their age, they also cooked amazing food, that was one of my best experiences of SriLanka.
Location: it is such a romantic place, right at the lake, but you rather have a vehicle to travel, because it is far from everything, out of town. We caught a local bus once, when we wanted to explore a bit.
They have a lovely garden and a cute doggie around.
The rooms were very clean and you have a terrace, a garden and a balcony with view to the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was extremely helpful.
