By far the best setup place we stayed in, in Sri Lanka. It had everything we needed and more, a beautiful big deck, very well equipped kitchen, and is in a great location for Delawella turtle beach! Niroshan and his family were very warm and welcoming and we really loved our stay here :)

The caretaker and his wife took excellent care of us, treating us to mouthwatering meals and delightful barbeques. They were always available to address any inquiries we had. Upon learning of my wife's pregnancy, the cook went above and beyond to tailor meals specifically for her, showing genuine consideration and extra effort.

It was best stay In Sri Lanka. Villa have everything what you need. Super clean and comfortable. We planned to stay just 2 nigh but in the end we have to extend our stay. Amazing!!!! Big thanks to Samith !!!

You couldn’t be closer to the beach- the sound of the waves all night was the best lullaby! The place was clean and comfortable, with the kindest family ready to help however they can. They made an amazing, fresh breakfast every morning and cared about our stay. Will for sure come again!

The apartment is few meters from the beach where you can swim with turtles. It is located at the first floor with a nice terrace with ocean view. Owners family lives downstairs, they are a lovely and super friendly family, the best in kindness and hospitality, the mom is a great cooker and sometimes they gave us some typical food as a gift! Really appreciated! They are so happy to give any kind of information you need. The place is very clean, and the 2 bathrooms are so useful. It's also very close to Unawatuna, 5 minutes by tuk tuk, where there is a big choice of restaurants and bars to spend the night time. The house is very safe because there is always someone of the family downstairs. If you rent a bike you can also park inside. If you want to feel like home this is the right place for you!
