The Regal Rose Luxury Apartments far exceeded our expectations of what we have experienced in Sri Lanka so far. The hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. The tea on arrival was just what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic and catered exactly to our requirements. The water pressure was fantastic and the hot water was so hot. This accommodation is a real gem in Nuwara Eliya. The owner called us from Australia upon making the booking to check out requirements. Hospitality, friendly approach and worth for money. She gave very good hospitality, been very friendly. We asked hot water every time while having food, she gave it every time with a smiley face. Transport easily available. Exactly quite opposite to seetha Amman temple. We had to leave the place at 3am, her husband helped us with their car to drop us in the bus stand at very reasonable price. Scenarios are amazing from the room window. On the whole, I recommend the place with confidence and 100% worth the money. Keep up the same customer service mentality, great hospitality and all the best. Irrespective of going to nuwara eliya on my next sri lanka, Will go to akiko Rest.
