The place was stunning, comfortable and lovely. We had the best BBQ of our lifes❤️ Silva (manager and guide) was a hidden gem of this place. He made us feel great and assured an amazing stay! King Reach also organized a great Safari where we could see a Leopard! Important: it is very rare to see a Leopard or Elefant (we didn’t see any) in yala at this time of the year. So remember it’s possible you come back just with some crocodile and monkey pics. Still it’s not the fault of the hotel or the Safari guide/driver the animals have enough food and water to stay in the bushes ! Thank you for this great experience!

Rivosen Camp Yala Safari was awesome! Manjula and Buddika smile’s were very contagious, always making sure we had everything we needed. They have few meal package options, and I highly recommend selecting one, because Buddika cooked multiple Sri Lankan dishes (vegetarian options available) for us and each of them were absolutely delicious. The camp is situated at the border of Yala National Park, therefore during our stay, we saw different wildlife crossing the campground. The location was also very convenient as it is only 15 minutes from the entrance gate of the park. Manjula kindly helped us to organize a Safari tour for the following morning. During our fresh up shower, we had many eyes watching us, as cute frogs and friendly geckos were co-habituating the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and the hotel-like linen were as white as we ever seen in Sri Lanka so far. This place was the perfect little nature retreat, and we loved everything about it. We were spoiled with delicious food, kindness from the owners and an amazing wildlife experience. Manjula and Buddika will do everything to make you happy.

Perfect location, right near the entrance to Yala National Park for safaris. So much birdlife in the area when you’re sitting and hanging out in the garden - it feels like you’re in in the jungle. Priyantha and his team went out of their way to look after us and create a beautiful environment for our short stay. The Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner were both delicious and ample sized!

We had unforgettable stay in The Campers Lodge, we stayed two nights, love this place, so peaceful, the staff is full of love and care, Owener Niroshan and Malindu was extremely helpful. The property was beautiful. It felt like you were camping in the middle of nowhere, but had all the amenities. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, especially Roy. Roy was so nice he came on safari with us. He had a lot of knowledge about Yala and just Sri Lanka in general. He made the visit much more welcoming. Would love to stay here again!

Yakaduru is a lovely place for all ages and is perfect for families, couples, friends, and kids. The staff is very friendly and provided all the necessary things. The variety of experiences must be mentioned. We walked through bush areas with beautiful bird nests, different trees, and rocks. During our safari, we saw elephants, leopards, monkeys, birds, and peacocks. It was a good ride with a lot of fun. Yakaduru accommodations are filled with a traditional vibe and good quality. We even cooked hoppers with the staff and had a great experience. We expect to come to this place next year as well.
