We loved our stay. Sergio is super nice! Our kids said he is like a grandpa to them. We all loved the pool, the service and the view is spectacular from the property. The airline lost our luggage before we got there, but Sergio was really helpful to ease our situation. Stayed up late to wait for us with check in, to find the closest mall to buy more clothes etc. The kids didn’t want to leave and keep saying let’s go back please. :) We will come back for sure and recommend everyone!
