The staff were amazing! I feel bad but I forgot the name of the lady that works at the reception , she was extremely helpful during my stay! I thought am going to stay there one night before flying to Kolkata but I ended up going from Puri straight to the airport, otherwise she definitely deserved a good tip for her services. She helped me book my taxi and at one point paid for the taxi herself on her phone because the driver didn’t have change for my cash; obviously this was added onto my final bill but it was her initiative that meant the most to me. She spoke fluent English so communication wasn’t an issue. The room provided was immaculate, and the two young lads serving food were great as well. I wouldn’t recommend eating outside because this place serves great vegetarian food. It’s located in a quiet place but I prefer such areas, and to be honest with Ola app it wasn’t difficult to get round.
