Maggie could not have been more gracious. She served a lovely full breakfast with both hot and cold options. The room was large and well appointed with two beds, table and chairs, seating and en-suite bathroom. The view of the surrounding rural countryside, including Loughcrew, was spectacular. The house was beautiful and close to local amenities. We were attending a wedding at Virgina Park lodge and this was the perfect place to stay less than a 10 minute drive from the venue. Anne was a wonderful host. She popped in to say hello and gave us some tips on local cafes and restaurants. The essentials in the fridge with some home made bread and sandwiches was a lovely welcome treat. The house is spacious and comfortable and plenty of space on the drive. Overall a delightful stay.
