Breakfast was not included, but we has cereal and fresh milk provided in our room, free of charge and water in the fridge which was lovely. The bed linen and towels were lovely and soft and fresh smelling. The bathroom was lovely and everything was very clean. Eddie was very accomodating to allow us to arrive late and very friendly, thank you. There was plenty of parking also. It was lovely to see the farm animals the next day

The location was great and the hosts were so friendly and gave us great information about where to visit. The pods were spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
The house was very clean, modern and well equipped. The view from the back of the house was stunning. The location seems remote but is only 10 mins from Ballina. There was sky tv which was great for our young adult kids and allowed us to relax after a day out and about. The owner Ray was very friendly and helpful and lived next door which was handy for arrival and departure times being flexible.
Joe was a gentleman, although under pressure, as he wasn't expecting us, pulled out all the stops, made our stay a perfect memory on how you should always make people feel they're always welcome. Great location, spotless and all the information for your stay from a true local💯
