We booked this property quite late on the evening of our stay and arrived just before midnight after a long day's travelling.
All our tiredness vanished on entering the property. It was absolutely enchanting and so well-presented, with many interesting antique pieces. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable- the cosiness of a cottage with modern facilities.
We met our host Ann Marie the following morning. She was so lovely and gave us the history and a tour of the other cottages on the site. We didn't meet her husband, whose woodworking talent was evident in the properties. They have created a very special experience for their guests.
We will definitely return for a longer visit in the near future and have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.
Featuring a hot tub, Pat's Place is situated in Ballaghaderreen. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a family-friendly restaurant and a sun terrace.

Was in a good location. House was ideal for 5 of us traveling to see the wolftones in Castlebar on the Saturday. House was spotless and everything we needed was there. Caroline was just lovely and helpful said if we needed anything to ask but we did not have to ask as everything we needed was there. There was great communication before we arrived so everything went well and was perfect. Would highly recommend and we will definitely come to stay here again.

Loved the property. It was in a perfect location to visit the various sights and towns in Mayo. Mary was a lovely host and really made us both feel at home. 😁
Breakfast not needed because of an early start but delicious scones and tea on arrival. Location perfect for my travel plans.
Many thanks to June and Martin for making everything easy.
