It was a big surprise that we were actually sleeping in a lodge inside a farm, with many cows as our neighbors! Gwyneth was very caring and always tried her best to help. The room was big, clean and well-equipped. The hidden pantry, disguised as a wardrobe, was another surprise to us. Preparing breakfast on our own with all the provisions was fun.

The hospitality received from Joan was top class, the house is beautiful, fabulous sea views from our bedroom and from the dining room, breakfast was very tasty, as was Joan's home baked apple pie!
The location was ideal for exploring the area, some great towns and villages all within 20 minutes drive.
Great location - rural and peaceful with beautiful gardens and outdoor seating facilities which were available to guests. Noreen and Joe were wonderful hosts and provided lots of useful local information on sights and places to eat and were extremely responsive to any requests. The breakfast was superb, beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Would have no hesitation in returning or recommending to others.
Lovely location overlooking the bay with a beautiful view from the front bedroom window. Joan was the best host you could wish for and looked after us very well. Apple pie on arrival was delicious. Home cooked everything for breakfast and as much as you wanted. You won't go hungry with Joan as your host. Room was spotless. Thanks Joan

The property was clean and comfortable. everything we needed was available in the cottage. The location was ideal as I wanted a quiet stay with access to the beach and various nearby walks. I had my dog with me and the site was secure and safe for him to be outside in the garden area. If your looking for a quite stay with nearby access to facilities ( by Car ) then this is the place for you. The property is suited to a couple rather than a family due to its size. Would hope to avail of this cottage again in the future.
