The guest house is amazing. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms. There was a towel heater in the bathroom and the closet included bathrobes!! There were plentiful electrical outlets everywhere. The suite had abundant natural lighting. The owners Conor & Bridget take pride of ownership in so many details both large & small like the bowl of mints at the front counter. Conor provided guidance with our travel plans as well. There is a generous sized sunroom/common area with ample seating and room to gather with travel mates. There was tea, coffee, and an honor bar available in the guest lounge. As well as a library with books, DVD's etc. There was also an assortment of games and puzzles. There was lovely music playing in the lounge that added to the ambiance. There is also an adorable outdoor patio and the house is set in a beautiful natural setting in the woodlands on a river. A top-notch Breakfast was included in a bright breakfast room with endless fresh homemade delicious choices for both a continental & full irish breakfast made to order. It filled us up and held us over until supper after a long day of travelling.

It's more than just a hostel. You immediately feel like you have arrived here. Like in a temporary shared apartment. Very familiar. Small and not too many guests. It's right next to the national park. Very committed employees who always have an open ear. Music was also regularly played in the living room in the evenings. In the morning there was a barista coffee shop right next door that belongs to the hostel. And freshly baked bread for breakfast. I will visit the hostel again. Thank you Kev and the other staff for the great time.
It is also important to mention that there are 4 lovely dogs in the hostel (not for allergy sufferers)

Literally everything was amazing! Not so far from the town centre, the location is perfect. You could listen to birds chirping for hours sitting on the patio, enjoy a walk to the riverside. This experience was worth the money spent! Thanks to the hosts too for their amazing service. Linda, you're an absolute gem of a person! Talking to you felt surreal! Thank you!
